Client Policies

At Broadway Skin Studio, your experience, results, and time are always my top priorities. These policies are here to help things run smoothly and fairly for everyone. I completely understand that life happens, and unexpected things come up—my goal is to be as accommodating as possible while also respecting the time I’ve set aside for you and other clients. Please take a moment to review the following before your appointment, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling

    Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.

  • No Shows

    If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

    After two no-shows, prepayment will be required to book future appointments.

  • Late Arrivals

    If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Sick Policy

    If you're feeling unwell or experiencing cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive visibly ill, the appointment may be refused.

  • Consent & Intake Forms

    All new clients are required to complete a consultation and intake form before their first treatment. This helps ensure your safety and best results.

  • Children & Guests Policy

    To maintain a relaxing environment and for safety reasons, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment room. Please avoid bringing children or additional guests to your appointment. Unless you are a minor, with guardian/parent present.
